My Vision 

Having worked in the fitness industry for the last 12 years, I knew I wanted to keep teaching but I knew in order to have more impact I needed to really get to know my clients and their goals.

During covid I began the small group classes and they were a hit and I continued to find the best way to offer small group training so that I could offer modifications, corrections and make adjustments if need be.

 My goal is to keep participants injury free and challenge them within their capabilities. Feeling welcome and part of the crew is my ultimate goal as working out is always more fun in a group than on your own.

Anne-Marie Gagne

Born and raised in Ottawa, I have always had a passion for fitness. Playing every sport possible, I discovered the hard work, dedication and training techniques it takes to achieve my goals.

I am a part of the NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) in Competition with the Special Olympics where I helped coach competitive basketball and track and field. I enjoy being able to guide and coach someone until they can realize their full potential.


I always strive to bring my best to each class ensuring that everyone leaves feeling energized. Join me Saturdays for 9am Body Sculpt and 10:15 Challenge 


Michelle Elston

I believe that health is our most important asset because we cannot do the things we need to, want to or love to do without it.


Over the past 19 years I have worked in the health and fitness industry. I have always made fitness a priority as I get so much energy from exercise. As a busy mom of 3, I understand the challenges people face trying to make time for exercise. I am truly passionate about helping others live happy, healthy, energetic lives. Nothing pumps my heart up more than encouraging participants to accomplish more than they thought they were capable of!


I will encourage you and be your biggest cheerleader. Join me on Wednesdays at 7:15 for Tabata.

Kim John

I have been practicing Tai Chi, Qigong for 15 years. I've also been practising Yoga and Meditation for over 40 years. Learning from Grand Master’s and Guru’s around the world I continue my studies to this day. My passion is sharing these healing ancient arts with everyone.


I am delighted to be a part of the Bri Fitness community spreading abundant health and happiness along the way. Tai Chi affects the body in so many ways including physical, psychological, social, philospohical, and on a spiritual level. Join Kim on Saturdays at 12:30 for Tai Chi Chaun.
