My Journey

I fell in love with fitness in my early teen years. I have competed in Femsport as well as trained as an athlete. Through my years growing up, I always loved learning about my body.

I pursued group fitness early on and transitioned into personal training and with the uncertainty of a full time job in fitness I added massage therapy to my skills. Now I am passionate in both fitness and massage.

We are only granted one body for the rest of our live. Let me help you take care of it.

My Vision 

My passion is to work with smaller groups to offer lots of feedback and corrections. My goal is to keep participants injury free and challenge them within their capabilities. I want to keep offering a variety of classes to help with strength, cardio and mobility with great knowledgable coaches. Feeling welcome and part of the team is my ultimate goal when you train with Bri Fitt Fitness.

Anne-Marie 
Gagne

Born and raised in Ottawa, I have always had a passion for fitness. Playing every sport possible, I discovered the hard work, dedication and training techniques it takes to achieve my goals.


I am also part of the NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) in Competition with the Special Olympics where I helped coach competitive basketball and track and field. I enjoy being able to guide and coach someone until they can realize their full potential.

 

I always stride to bring my best to each class ensuring that everyone leaves feeling energized and satisfied!

Melanie Boissonneault

I strive to make fitness fun!  I started teaching in 2002 and fell in love with the group fitness world. Leading dedicated and motivated people to achieving personal goals and success is my passion! Although qualified to teach many styles of classes and formats my favourite remains bootcamp as it allows everyone to grow in their own way and at their own pace.

 

Let’s get you to where you want to be all while having as much fun in a community atmosphere.

JENNA Caron

I fell in love with teaching Vinyasa style Yoga through the

power of a flow. As a Clinical Psychologist, I tend to incorporate my extensive knowledge of human behaviour with the philosophy of

yoga. Just like everything in life, we are always shifting and evolving.

 

My classes will be unique to the group, yet

you can always expect to find some ease and stillness

within it, and possibly a little bit of fire and a challenge! My approach is to not only provide you with an environment to practice yoga, but an environment to slow down, learn about yourself, and leave the class feeling empowered. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Michelle Elston

I believe that health is our most important asset because we cannot do the things we need to, want to or love to do without it.

 

Over the past 19 years I have worked in the health and fitness industry. I have always made fitness a priority as I get so much energy from exercise. As a busy mom of 3, I understand the challenges people face trying to make time for exercise. I am truly passionate about helping others live happy, healthy, energetic lives. Nothing pumps my heart up more than cheering people on through a workout, teaching them proper form and encouraging them to accomplish more than they thought they were capable of!

 

I will encourage you and be your biggest cheerleader in a fun, challenging workout. I look forward to meeting you in class.

Jacqueline Leduc

Wellness is my passion. I am a fierce nurturer of women and believe that the body speaks in volumes. I am passionate about our mind-body connection and specialize in erasing physical & emotional pain, improving strength, mobility & resilience, as well as addressing health issues such as pelvic floor challenges.
I’m a Certified Reflexology Therapists, Wellness Coach & Personal Trainer. My approach is to take care of the whole body and mind, not just the hole in the body. I take a holistic, integrative approach when helping my clients, skipping over the fads and gimmicks that have plagued the industry. I use my vast education and experience to inspire, guide and empower you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally so that you can make wise decisions about your health, fitness, wellness as well as your mind-body needs & goals.
I will support you and your body’s efforts to function optimally. You will sleep better, improve your energy, feel healthy, fit, sexy, confident, resilient, and ready to thrive unrestricted now and in the next phase of your life.
