Enjoy the calming yet effective Yoga, Pilates, and Mobility Classes to support your physical and mental well-being. Our holistic and restorative sessions are crafted to improve posture, reduce stress, prevent injury, and restore balance in both body and mind.

Pilates & Stretch: This beginner-friendly class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates while improving overall flexibility. You’ll learn essential core-activation techniques and breathig and alignment cues. Expect a slower pace and a balanced blend of strengthening and lengthening exercises, perfect for anyone looking to build a strong foundation.
Pilates: A low-impact mat class that improves core strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled movements and breathing techniques.
Mobility: Perfect for those with tight muscles or recovering from injury, this class combines stretching and muscle release techniques using foam rollers and massage balls.
Hatha Yoga: is a class for all levels, focusing on building strength, balance, and flexibility while calming the mind and nervous system. Each class is intuitively guided, offering gentle or dynamic sequences with choices to suit how you feel.
Yin Yoga: is a very gentle, floor-based practice designed to deeply relax the body and calm the mind. This class focuses on long, passive stretches held for extended periods, allowing the muscles to soften and the connective tissues to gently open. It’s an ideal practice for improving flexibility, easing tension, and creating a sense of stillness and restoration throughout the body.

These classes are designed for all fitness levels, making it an excellent fit whether you're easing into fitness, recovering from intense training, or managing stress and tension from everyday life. Classes are all 60 minutes long and located at 2034 St. Joseph Blvd (MonkeyBar Fitness). Reject burnout and stiffness. Embrace movement that heals, strengthens, and restores.
