Revitalize Your body & energy with move & flow classes
These classes include: Dancefit, Cardio Fusion, Pilates & Stretch and Mobility.
DanceFit: Rhythm-based cardio combining dance moves with fitness for a full-body blast to pumping music. This class is for all levels and all about having fun and party vibes.
Cardio Fusion: A powerful combo of either cardio kickboxing or MetaFit (AKA HIIT) and dance that keeps your body moving and your heart pumping. This keeps your heart rate in the 140-175 BPM.
Pilates & Stretch: This beginner-friendly class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates while improving overall flexibility. You’ll learn essential core-activation techniques and breathing and alignment cues.
Pilates: A low-impact mat class that improves core strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled movements and breathing techniques.
Mobility: Perfect for those with tight muscles or recovering from injury, this class combines stretching and muscle release techniques using foam rollers and massage balls.

These classes are designed for all fitness levels, making it an excellent fit whether you're easing into fitness, recovering from intense training, or managing stress and tension from everyday life. Classes are all 60 minutes long.
