About Coach

I’m someone who sees potential in every situation and finds joy both in and out of fitness. I value balance, growth, and bringing positive energy to everything I do.

Turning Point

I’m someone who sees potential in every situation and finds joy both in and out of fitness. I value balance, growth, and bringing positive energy to everything I do.

Being a young mother pushed me to grow up quickly and set my priorities straight. I wanted to give my child a good role model and a stable life, and that became my biggest motivation. With dedication, I went from my first job at McDonald’s at 17 to working in Fingerprint Services at the RCMP by 19. I bought my first house as a single mother at 22. I truly believe that with drive, motivation, and the right guidance, anything is possible.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose as a coach is to make a real difference in my clients’ lives. It brings me so much joy to see them succeed and reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Helping others believe in themselves and grow is what drives me every day.
