Strengthen, Bond, and Move Together
Welcome to Mom & Baby, where fitness and motherhood beautifully align. This nurturing and empowering program is designed to help new moms safely return to movement while bonding with their babies.
INTERESTED in classes?
July & August: StrollerFitt - Wednesdays at 10am- DROP IN STYLE
Fall 1: September 7- October 15, 2026 (7 Week Session)
Fall 2: October 19- November 26, 2026 (7 Week Session)
STROLLER FITT (Outdoor Programming)
Join us this summer for Stroller Fitt, a fun outdoor workout designed for parents with little ones in tow. Each class combines cardio and strength training. You can choose to socially walk, power walk, or run our 900 m or 1.1 km loop, then we stop between rounds for a strength workout using resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more.
What to bring:
• Your stroller
• Water & Yoga mat
• Optional: stroller fan for hot days
Schedule:
June – Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:00 AM
July & August – Wednesdays at 10:00 AM
Meeting Spot:
Bottom of Champlain Street in the gravel lot just below Roy Hobbs Seniors Centre.
FAQ- STROLLER FITT
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Punchcard style bookings
• Booking opens 2 weeks in advance
• Cancel at least 3 hours before class to keep your punch
WHICH PUNCHCARD SHOULD I PURCHASE?
If you’re only attending outdoor stroller classes, you can choose between the:
• 5-Pack StrollerFitt Punchcard (clickable button on this page)
• 10-Pack StrollerFitt Punchcard (clickable button on this page)
If your looking to attend other baby friendly options as well, the small group 5 or 10 pack will be a better option as its all inclusive with all classes we offer.
DO I HAVE TO RUN?
Not at all. This is YOUR workout: Walk & chat, Walk/jog intervals or Run if that’s your goal.There’s a 900m or 1.1km loop — your choice. And yes… there’s a hill 😅 (up, down, and flat!)
WHAT DOES A CLASS LOOK LIKE?
A mix of: Cardio (walking or jogging) & Strength training. Every class is different to keep things fun and effective.
WCAN I BRING AN OLDER SIBLING?
Yes! Some days we’ll have a helper to keep babies & siblings entertained during the strength portions.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER DOESN’T COOPERATE?
• Class may be cancelled
• Your punch goes back onto your card
• An indoor option may be offered (similar to BabyFitt)
Indoor options are for babies under 12 months and not yet walking.
WHAT ARE THE WEATHER RULES?
Extreme heat = we pivot ☀️💦 Classes may move to the splash pad at Hiawatha Park so moms & babies can cool off between rounds.
HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES?
We use an app called PushPress Members. Simply log in to easily book or cancel classes.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY PUNCHCARD?
You have until the end of summer. Classes end August 26, 2026.
BABYFITT

Bond with your little one in BabyFitt, a playful and heartwarming class that incorporates your baby into the workout. BabyFitt is a fun, high-energy workout designed for moms and their little ones. Whether your baby’s in a carrier or cheering you on from the mat, this class blends cardio and resistance training to build strength and boost your mood. Babies love the movement and so will you! (6 weeks- 12 months). Class offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am for a 6 week session.
Mommalates

Recenter your body with Mommalates, a fusion of Pilates and functional mobility exercises designed to gently rebuild your pelvic floor, improve posture, and enhance overall core control. Perfect for healing diastasis recti, improving flexibility, and easing back into movement with confidence. Babies are part of the flow as we focus on core strength, mobility, and mindful movement in a supportive, mom-centered space. This class is designed for the younger babies ideal for babies 4 weeks- 7 months old. Classes run on Wednesdays at 11am for a 6 week session.

All mom and baby fitness classes are 50 minutes long. Doors open 10 minutes before class starts. This program is designed for moms at all stages, whether you’re freshly postpartum or months into your journey. Build strength, regain confidence, and enjoy the benefits of movement tailored specifically for you. Take the first step toward feeling strong, energized, and connected again.
