Strengthen, Bond, and Move Together
Welcome to Mom & Baby, where fitness and motherhood beautifully align. This nurturing and empowering program is designed to help new moms safely return to movement while bonding with their babies. Featuring a variety of engaging and effective formats: Baby Massage, BabyFitt, Mommalates and Baby Massage. Each session is 7 weeks long.

BABYFITT

Bond with your little one in BabyFitt, a playful and heartwarming class that incorporates your baby into the workout. BabyFitt is a fun, high-energy workout designed for moms and their little ones. Whether your baby’s in a carrier or cheering you on from the mat, this class blends cardio and resistance training to build strength and boost your mood. Babies love the movement and so will you! (6 weeks- 12 months). Class options- Monday & Wednesdays at 11am.
Mommalates

Recenter your body with Mommalates, a fusion of Pilates and functional mobility exercises designed to gently rebuild your pelvic floor, improve posture, and enhance overall core control. Perfect for healing diastasis recti, improving flexibility, and easing back into movement with confidence. Babies are part of the flow as we focus on core strength, mobility, and mindful movement in a supportive, mom-centered space. This class is designed for the younger babies ideal for babies 4 weeks- 7 months old. Classes run on thursdays at 11am.
BABY MASSAGE CLASS

The Mindful Mama, Blossoming Baby: This program is designed to support mothers in nurturing a mindful and loving bond with their babies through the art of infant massage. Baby massage offers countless benefits: supporting relaxation, better sleep, digestion, and healthy development, all while creating precious moments of connection and trust between mother and child.
This program offers:
✨ Weekly infant massage instruction
✨ Mindful practices for calm and connection
✨ Parenting conversations
✨ Take-home tools to continue the bonding at home
This 7-week program welcomes mothers and their babies (newborn to 6 months). No prior experience with baby massage or mindfulness is needed - just an open heart and a willingness to learn together.
