Stay Strong, Mobile, and Energized at Every Age
Welcome to Seniors Fitness, a program thoughtfully designed for active older adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and live with more energy. This gentle yet effective program focuses on functional strength and mobility, all in a supportive and social environment. Our accessible and uplifting classes help promote independence, reduce the risk of falls, and improve overall quality of life.
PREREQUISTES
- Participants must be able to get on and off the floor independently.
- Participants must be able to stand and walk for more than 30 minutes (for monday adn friday classes)
- While we are happy to adapt the program to your needs, please note that these are not chair-based classes.
- If you have an injury or condition that requires adjustments or modifications, our coaches are fully equipped to assist.
Fitness That Supports Your Lifestyle
This program is designed specifically for adults aged 60+ who are looking to maintain or improve their health with exercises.
- Strength & Stability Designed with older adults in mind, this session focuses on improving strength and stability to support confident, everyday movement. Using low-impact exercises that promote bone density, muscle health, and coordination, you’ll build a strong foundation for maintaining independence and reducing the risk of falls. Class runs Monday at 1pm.
- Stretch & Balance this class blends gentle yoga-inspired movements with targeted mobility work to enhance flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness. Through slow, controlled stretches and balance-focused postures, you’ll improve joint range of motion, strengthen key muscle groups, and boost confidence in everyday movement. The low-impact approach supports coordination, and mindful breathing, helping you maintain independence and reduce the risk of falls. Class runs Wednesdays at 1pm
- Cardio & Strength & Mobility this 20/20/10 session delivers a balanced, low-impact workout to support energy, strength, and ease of movement. You’ll start with 20 minutes of gentle cardio to boost heart health and stamina, followed by 20 minutes of strength training to promote muscle and bone health, and finish with 10 minutes of mobility work to release tight muscles. This well-rounded format builds confidence for daily activities while helping reduce the risk of injury and supporting long-term independence. Class runs Fridays at 12:30pm
No prior experience is needed, and every participant is encouraged to go at their own pace.
With guidance from experienced coaches, easy-to-follow workouts, and a focus on functional health, this program helps you feel strong. Whether you want to improve balance, manage arthritis, stay socially engaged, or just keep up with the grandkids, 60+ programs are designed with you in mind.
