Welcome to Seniors Fitness, a program thoughtfully designed for active older adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and live with more energy. This gentle yet effective program focuses on functional strength, mobility, and flexibility through Yoga and Strength Training, all in a supportive and social environment. Our accessible and uplifting classes help promote independence, reduce the risk of falls, and improve overall quality of life.
Whether you're completely new to exercise or returning after some time, Seniors Fitness offers a safe and empowering approach to achieving your wellness goals. With expert instruction and low-impact movements tailored to your needs, you’ll build strength, maintain mobility, and boost confidence in every class. Feel better, move easier, and thrive with Seniors Fitness.
Fitness That Supports Your Lifestyle
This NEW program is designed specifically for adults aged 60+ who are looking to maintain or improve their health with exercises that are gentle, adaptable, and easy to follow. Classes are 50 minutes.
- Balance & Stretch A focused mat-based class designed to enhance flexibility and mobility through intentional stretching, core activation, and balance drills. This 7 week progressive session supports joint health, improves posture, and helps you move with greater ease. Classes run on Tuesdays at 11am.
- Strength & Stability Designed with older adults in mind, this session focuses on improving strength and stability to support confident, everyday movement. Using low-impact exercises that promote bone density, muscle health, and coordination, you’ll build a strong foundation for maintaining independence and reducing the risk of falls. Classes run Fridays at 11am.
No prior experience is needed, and every participant is encouraged to go at their own pace. Sign up for both classes and save $75.
With guidance from experienced trainers, easy-to-follow workouts, and a focus on functional health, this program helps you feel strong. Our rental location has plenty of parking at 1344 Youville Drive (Ecole Danse Louise)
