Who I Am
From a young age, I have always had the passion and desire to help others. In my teenage years, I fell in love with Zumba Fitness, a fun Latin dance exercise class and became certified as a Zumba Instructor and Personal Trainer in BC under the BCRPA certification. Having seen and felt the benefits of Massage Therapy first hand with my own injuries, I decided to pursue a complimentary health practice as a Registered Massage Therapist.
My goal with training clients is to keep people injury free and correct imbalances in the body. Over covid, I took the opportunity to launch a new business, Bootcamp with BriFitt where I have had the opportunity to work with families, athletes and 1 on 1 personal training client’s.
I have taken many speciality courses including: yoga tune up, fascial stretch therapy, and exercise science, foot and hip specialist courses. I am a strong believer that good posture and mobility contribute to a prolonged and healthy life.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapy Ontario (CMTO), I can work with you to help ease pain, improve circulation, reduce stress and help muscles repair themselves and increase your mobility plus more.
I have flexible appointment times and can work within your busy schedule to help you feel your best.
Dance and have fun all while burning calories. Zumba is rapidly growing in popularity as it is a workout that does not require any special equipment and incorporates music and dance to give you a workout that is both extremely effective, low impact and gets great results all while having a great time. Who said working out needed to be boring.
If you are having issues with mobility such as joint pain or even suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome, I can help ease your pain and get you moving again. I can work with you to come up with a plan you can do from the comfort of your home to help greatly increase your mobility and together fix the issues you are experiencing. This way you feel great and no longer suffer from pain or irritation and nothing slows you down or restricts your movement. Get back to enjoying the things you love to do.

Please come on time or 2-3 minutes early, however if you come earlier, I will ask that you wait in your car.
