BRi Fitt
From a young age, I have always had the passion and desire to help others. In my teenage years, I fell in love with Zumba Fitness and became certified. I loved fitness and working out so I pursued a career in personal training and group fitness. Teaching several classes per week lead to a few injuries where I discovered and felt the benefits of Massage Therapy. I decided to pursue a complimentary health practice as a Registered Massage Therapist.

I love group fitness but also understand the value of personal training so I've decided to combine the two. In 2020, I launched my business of small group training Bri Fitt Fitness. This is the best of both worlds as its a small group so you get more hands on but also a fun motivating group to workout with.
WHY TRY SMALL GROUP FITNESS?
I started working out with Bri in 2021 after I moved to Ottawa. I was looking to get more active but also make new friends in my new community. 2 years later, Im happy to say I achieved both goals. I'm more consistent than ever before with workouts and I made new freindships. Bri offers an amazing environment for workouts, keeps everyone motivated while pushing us to challenge our limits. I love this group.

Massage therapy
I offer deep tissue and sports injury types of massage. I use Swedish massage techniques, as well as tools like cupping and graston and fascial stretch therapy. I have been a Registered Massage therapist for the past 7 years and I love helping clients feel better, work through injuries and correct muscles imbalances.
