Step into our Small Group Classes and you’ll get the intensity of a personal workout with the energy of a supportive team. Each class is 60 minutes located at 2034 St. Joseph Blvd (MonkeyBar Fitness).

Bootcamp- A fast-paced, high-energy class that blends cardio and strength training for a full-body challenge. Inspired by military-style training, you’ll move through stations or circuits designed to improve endurance, build strength, and push your limits. Ideal for intermediate participants looking for variety, intensity, and results.

Strength- This class is all about building muscle and improving strength through focused resistance training. Using barbells, dumbbells, cables, and resistance bands, you’ll work through structured sets and reps to target key muscle groups. There’s no cardio, just smart, effective lifting to support strength development, lean muscle gain, and overall muscle endurance.
