About Coach

Obese since childhood, my own lonely weight-loss journey sparked a passion to create inclusive, welcoming, and supportive fitness experiences for others. I want to make it accessible to all and help as many people as I can.

After more than thirty years of research, learning, and genuine enthusiasm, I remain dedicated to delivering exciting and personalized group sessions where every BODY is trained according to its unique fitness level and goals.

Turning Point

After the birth of my first child, I knew I wanted to learn how to become the healthiest and most energetic version of myself possible. At the time, I weighed over 300 pounds, yet I often felt invisible to the fitness professionals I encountered.

I began researching everything I could about exercise and nutrition, and as I grew fitter and stronger, I made the decision to become a Personal Trainer. My goal was simple: to ensure that no one ever feels unseen or unheard in their fitness journey. I strive to meet every individual where they are: physically and emotionally by truly listening to their unique needs. Together, we work toward helping them feel their very best in all aspects of life. Kindness, compassion, and community are the foundation of every class I lead. No matter who you are, I can’t wait to meet you.

Motivation & Passion

My dream is to share how fun, exciting and meaningful exercise can be. I want every person I meet to know I believe in their abilities to make positive lifestyle changes and that they are supported. Working together to inspire each other is the ultimate win.
