Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a break, Fundamental Fitness is your launchpad. This 7-week program is designed to teach you the essential movements, techniques, and habits that form the backbone of long-term success.

Led by an experienced coaches and capped at 8 participants, you'll receive personal attention, real-time feedback, and a supportive environment to grow your confidence, week by week.

What to Expect

  • Small Group Format: (Max 8 People) More attention, stronger community.
  • Hands-On Coaching: We’ll guide your form, answer questions, and adapt/ modify as needed.
  • Progressive Programming: Each week builds on the last, ensuring steady improvement.
  • Foundational Skills Covered: We focus on teaching proper squat, hinge, push, and pull mechanics. We teach safe and effective use of weights and resistance.
  • Supportive Environment: No egos, no pressure just encouragement and growth.
  • Post-Session Confidence: By the end of 7 weeks, you'll know how to move well and train smart.
