About Coach

I’ve always been active and curious about movement, trying everything from hockey and ringette to dance, cross-country, and track and field. Along the way, I discovered a love for hurdling, which became my sport throughout university. Just as I enjoyed the challenge of sport, I also found deep fulfillment in supporting others, which led me to become a psychologist. In that role, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through many different chapters of their lives.

Turning Point

A major shift came after I fractured my ankle while running, which required the insertion of a titanium. Running was no longer the same, and I had to reimagine how I trained and moved. It was during this time that I discovered yoga, a practice that allowed me to reconnect with my body, move in ways that felt safe, and explore new strength and balance. That experience inspired me to become a yoga teacher, with the hope of helping others rediscover their own mind-body connection.

Motivation & Passion

I’m passionate about helping people nurture both their body and minds. By blending the insights of psychology with the practices of yoga and meditation, I aim to create a space where others can cultivate a peaceful, compassionate relationship with themselves.
