About Coach

With a Master's degree in Transformative Leadership, Ecology & Equity, I am passionate about empowering people to create meaningful, sustainable change in their health and well-being.

My journey led me to become a certified Yoga Teacher and Trauma-Informed Holistic Wellness Facilitator, complemented by ongoing training in nervous system regulation, dementia and brain health, sexual health and vitality, longevity, and holistic wellness.

I believe that lasting wellness isn't built through perfection, it's created through small, positive actions practiced consistently every day.

My mission is to help people cultivate presence, move with confidence, reduce stress, build strength, and develop healthy routines that support the realities of everyday life.

Turning Point

The turning point in my journey came after a traumatic brain injury at work in 2017 and the years that followed, as my family and I slowly lost my mother to dementia in November 2024.

Watching her fade, like a wilting flower, broke my heart. As a mother myself, her passing ignited a fire within me to prioritize my own health: body, mind, and spirit and to live with greater intention.

Those experiences taught me that transformation doesn't come from perfection; it comes from showing up for yourself, one choice at a time. They inspired me to help others discover that lasting, sustainable wellness is built through small, consistent actions and strengthened by the power of community.

Motivation & Passion

My goal is simple: to help people of all ages feel stronger, healthier, and more grounded every day. Together, we'll celebrate progress over perfection, build lifelong habits, and move creatively together! The ultimate, best case for me: helping cultivate \"calm-unity\" where every person feels safety and belonging!
