I lead high-energy classes focused on strength, agility, and cardiovascular training with a creative, no-excuses approach. My philosophy is simple: \"I don’t use machines—I am the machine.\" I’m here to challenge, support, and inspire you to become your strongest version of you.
There was a point when I realized I was doing too much overtraining, constantly pushing, and never giving myself space to slow down. My body was tired, and so was my mind. That’s when I turned to yoga. It taught me how to reconnect, recover, and move with intention. Adding yoga to my life wasn’t just about balance, it was a game-changer for both my physical and mental health. Now, I want to help others who are going through the same thing, reminding them that slowing down isn’t a weakness.
