After starting my journey as a personal trainer and Zumba instructor, I have seen the effects of massage first hand on my own body.  Massage is a powerful tool that has a multitude of benefits.  Injury after injury, massage has helped me recover and correct imbalances I never knew I had.  I first started my practice as deep "no pain, no gain" style of treatment.  However I soon learned I could give people a similar massage without the pain and still have great results.  

My goal of the treatment is to help you feel better and to work with your body's individual needs.  Whether you have an injury or stress, I can help alleviate your body's aches and pains and muscle imbalances. 

I love to use tools such as Myofascial Release, which helps remove adhesions that form in the fascia as well as cupping or graston.  My treatment style is deep tissue (without pain), therapeutic and sports injury.
