MOM & BABY FITNESS CLASSES
The bounce back into fitness can be challenging but let us help you feel good!!! We help postpartum get back into fitness and feeling strong. We have 2 options of classes: Baby Fitt and Mommalates. These classes will have a max of 10 mommas. We want YOU to feel strong from the inside out. Classes are geared for PRE/ POST NATAL women with babies under 12months old.

BABY FITT
Whether you prefer to workout with your baby in a carrier or without, this class offers cardio and resistance training tailored for moms and their little ones. Join us to tone, get your sweat on and socalize with other moms in the area.
